Manuel Cabral de Abreu Castelo-Branco

With a Degree in Corporate Management and Administration by Universidade Católica Portuguesa, he is also graduated by the Harvard Business School on the Advance Management Program (AMP). Professionally, he has worked for several companies as Unilever - Elida Fabergé, Personal Care, the Sara Lee Foods Portugal - Ind. Nobre, the Sonae Retail - Continente/Worten or the COTY Benckinser Group. Between 2000 and 2007 he was Director General at Media Capital Telecomunicações (one of the most important media companies in Portugal). Since 2007 he was Executive Board Member of Reditus Gestão SGPS (consulting company) and other group companies, until he joined the CTT Board of Directors. From 2010 to 2012 he was also Strategic Consultant at the Saudi Oger – a Saudi and Lebanese Holding. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of CTT Correios de Portugal and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTT Expresso – Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A (Postal Services and Logistics) and Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L..

António Manuel Borges Vaz

With a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering by Universidade da Beira Interior, an MBA by AESE/IESE (Management and Business School/ Navarra University) and several training courses on Marketing, Strategy, Logistics, Leadership and Innovation. From 1997 to 1998 he was Project Engineer at OGMA - Industria Aeronáutica de Portugal S.A. (Portugal Aeronautics Industry). From 1998 to 2003 he was consultant at Accenture (consulting company), and participated in and coordinated multiple process optimization projects, specially focused on the Supply Chain Management area, in various corporate groups. In November 2003 he joined CTT – Correios de Portugal S.A, where he was a consultant until 2004, and then became Stock Management and Purchases Director until 2008. From 2008 to 2012 he was a Board Member at Mailtec Comunicação and Mailtec Consultoria, both CTT Group companies. Currently he is Board Member of CTT Expresso – Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A. (Postal Services and Logistics) and Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L., responsible for Operations, Logistics and Information Systems in both companies.

Arménio Antunes Belo da Silva

With a degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia of the University of Oporto, he took a High Corporate Management course from AESE/IESE. His professional career is linked to the postal and telecommunications sectors: he was Board Member and Chairman of Correios de Macao, Board Member of the Telecommunications Company of Macao, Chairman of the Campos Envelopagem Company, Board Member of Post Contacto and Mailtec (companies of CTT Group) and had several management functions at CTT. Currently he is Board Member of CTT Expresso – Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A. and Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L.

 João Domingues dos Santos da Cunha Leal

Graduated in Economics from the Universidade Nova of Lisbon in 1996, he started his professional career as a Consultant. As such, he undertook economic and financial analysis, financial restructuration plans and strategic consulting projects. He was also Business Manager in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2004 and Human Capital in 2006. Since 1999 and together with consulting functions, he has performed managerial functions within management contracts and hands-on projects in the fields of Logistics, Finance, Business, General Direction and Management in corporate organisations of different business sectors as Services, Tourism, Civil Construction, Agro Industry and Metal Engineering. At the present he is Board Member of CTT Expresso – Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A. and Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L. responsible for Planning and Control, Finance and Administrative Management, Quality, Security and Infrastructures, and Legal Counsel in both companies.

 Pedro Miguel Lourenço Salvador

Born in Oporto in 1976, he got a degree in Business Management in 2000 by Instituto Superior de Administração e Gestão of Oporto. In 2001 he completed a postgraduate course in Credit Risk at the Instituto de Formação Bancária of Oporto. He undertook the 43th PDE – Programa de Direcção de Empresas (Business Management Program) of AESE – Business School in Oporto, in 2010. His professional career started within the banking sector; he stayed for 9 years in Bank Santander Totta and then moved to Postal Communications within CTT Group where he has been working for 9 years. At Santander Totta he performed functions such as: Central Sales Director in the northern region for Banks Totta and CPP; internal consultant in the merger of Banks Totta, CPP and Santander; and Assistant Director of a Banco Totta branch in Oporto metropolitan area. He has also collaborated in the launch of the Universia project in Portugal, a partnership of Santander with dozens of Universities around the world. In CTT he was National Business Director of Tourline Express (a Spanish company belonging to the CTT corporate universe) network, Tourline Express Regional Director in the Centre, Regional Director of CTT for the Northern area, Internal Consultant in the Postal Bank project and Commercial Director in Oporto metropolitan area. At present he is Board Member of CTT Expresso – Serviços Postais e Logística, S.A. and Tourline Express Mensajería, S.L responsible for the Marketing, Commercial and International areas of both companies.
