Track & Trace

The "Track and Trace" system available for this product provides clear visibility and high levels of control over items sent.

Convenience

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the shipment will be available for collection within 10 working days at the post office that matches your home address. If you want to make a dispatch, please consult our vast network of delivery points.

Insurance

All express mail services are covered by free insurance, free of charge to the customer, under the law in force for the national road transport of goods (worth 10Eur/Kg). Additionally, all customers can choose a special insurance, with the maximum 12.500Eur/parcel.
